SPECIAL SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR APPLICATION

In addition to the standard applications LAP develops specific measurement solutions on behalf of the customer. Our customer knows the application and the accuracy he needs. And we know how we can solve the task.

We plan the project and develop a solution for this task. Normally we can use LAP sensors which can be customized regarding speed, accuracy or ruggedness. In rare cases, we also purchased hardware components.

Software is one of the most important parts to solve the task. Therefore our existing software for standard applications needs to be customized or new developed for this specific task.

These individual projects are managed by a professional project management and completed by experienced technicians.

AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF TUBE-ENDS

For connecting tubes the correlation of dimensions and geometry at the ends of the tubes is of utmost importance. A robot with a C-shaped measuring frame at the end of its arm collects all relevant data.

The ANTARIS sensors are arranged in a measuring frame and measure the wheel contour from the top, bottom and from the side. Via the identification number of the wheel, the LAP measuring system retrieves the nominal values of the main dimensions and the nominal contour values from the Bochumer Verein database via network link.
