  • 1984  Foundation as a distributor for laser components, optics and accessories
  • 1985  In-house production of Helium-Neon-lasers for alignment and positioning started
  • 1989  Production of laser measurement systems launched

    The quality management of LAP is certified by DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 for industrial products and by EN ISO 13485:2007 for medical engineering products.
    Quality Management is alive at LAP. The systematic of procedures is reflected in the precision of the products. New developments are checked by existing rules, existing rules are checked by new developments. This way we reach active, innovative work - what our customers like about us.
    Because of our lean management structure everyone feels responsible for what he or she is doing as well as for how he or she does it. This way, creativity is not blocked by bureaucracy, quality management does not need to be forced on anyone. It just happens.
